To View An Apartment:

If you would like to view an apartment you may check the keys out at the office.  All keys must be returned on the same day they were checked out.

Key checkout times:

Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 4 PM

*The times listed above are in place to allow sufficient time to view the apartments you are interested in and be able to return the keys before the office closes.

Please bring the following with you:

1) Valid ID

2) Refundable Deposit or Credit Card

            -$20 or credit card for 2 sets of keys

            -$40 or credit card for maximum of 4 sets

To Rent An Apartment:

All units on this list or listed on Craigslist are available to rent.  Apartments are rented on a first come first serve basis and will be taken off the market once a rental application, $35 screening fee per person and security deposit have been accepted at our office in Albany.  Please call during office hours to check if the unit is still available.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5 PM
